FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS FOR REGION 1 MEMBERS
Give the secretary a POST-DATED check dated Dec.1st for $425 made out to Region 1 at the Perryton/Gruver rodeos. Put the member's name in the Memo section.
The post-dated checks for fundraising will NOT be cashed until Dec. 1st. This gives you time to sell your tickets before the checks will be cashed. If someone buys tickets from you with a check have them make it out to you.
Ticket stubs must be turned in to the secretary by Dec. 1st.
The last rodeo for the fall is Nov. 6th & 7th so it would be best to turn the stubs in at that time. Otherwise, YOU will be responsible for getting them to your region secretary by the Dec. 1st deadline.
You must sell the following to complete your fundraising requirements ($425 total):
1 - $50 Bloomer Trailer Ticket (sell 3 get 1 free)
1 - $50 State Ad – (Turn in JH Ad Form)
15 - $5 Bill Flick Ford Truck Tickets ($75 total)
50 - $5 Kubota Tickets ($250 total)
